Gosh - its been 18 years already since i graduated from SPV. I discovered the graduation picture and behold started remembering many of you, if u remember me, of course. will like to meet some of you if a gathering is upcoming. Suddenly and literally found my childhood via Facebook and connected with some old classmates with whom i lost touch long long ago. I was in SPV only for 11-12th so a short period and then lost touch with most SPV friends due to family problems, shifting residences, and a hectic academic life. I lost 2 of grandparents to cancer during my undergraduate and postgraduate days and then left India to go to Oxford University for my doctorate. I have been travelling a lot and writing a lot including my book, thats made me into a bit of a recluse. Came back to India in 2005. I teach environmental sociology, specialise in research methods, globalization, gender and cultural politics. Its a great career and i enjoy my research and the name and fame and travelling it entails. The kids here at IIT are great buddies life is good. Even found two SPVites in my classes!!!! I have been at IIT Delhi for the past 2 years, so i will like to regain and reconnect with my friends.
